WON THIS GIVEAWAY COURTESY OF GOODREADS FIRST READSI really enjoyed the collouial language throughout the book; being that I'm a southern girl it was very easy for me to follow It is an unplanned adventure of young Ronny and his dog along with a couple of bank robbers As he starts to identify with them he begins to make some wrong choices As it turns out these outlaws know Ronny's family abandoning father there the longing for his father leads him further down the wrong path In the end Ronny wants to be a good man and therefore goes to make amends for the wrong he had done Lesson learned It is better to be an honest poor man with the richness of family and clean conscience than to be a rich man thoroughly alone with never a place to rest your head

Icho is about his travels to Jericho AR a hubbub of wanton and reckless living in the summer of 1949 It's a book about charity and gratitude and greed and the choices that lead us the. A pretty bizarre plot but I loved Ronny's voice and his innocence honesty and lessons learned I was wondering where the story was going for most of the book but the ending actually was satisfactory than I thought could be pulled off There were some strange things about the story but the writing was so fun that it was enjoyable
