New From New York Times Bestselling Author Jessica Beck Donut 12 Sweet Suspects Suzanne and Grace must track down a killer when one This installment of the donut mysteries was lacking for me I love a full book Suzanne and Grace team up but there was no spark in their best friendship They kind of just stumbled around town asking people uestions and following clues It was a little lackluster for me I read the entire book but never really shed the feeling of waiting for it to startOh and I have to mention the sheer annoyance of reading about a long string of numbers being found on a ripped piece of paper but the character who saw the piece of paper has a weird ability to remember numbers The next page after spending a lot of words talking about this when the character finally reveals this long string of numbers she amazingly memorized it's four digitsI had to mention this and totally make fun because I almost fell out of my chair laughing

Sweet Suspects Donut Shop Mystery #12 S for the big event and than one former student’s secrets thought long buried in the past may end up coming back to haunt them all I thought from the first chapters that this book will score one star just like the first book in the series It was pretty bad though Reading so many similar books uickly is not helping or inspiring me but I want to get an overdose of cozy mysteries before I move on The crime in this story was idiotically solved I mean the heroine went about her business by ignoring the elephant in the room at no point did she or anyone point out that the murderer was likely to be a man But NO These nincompoops had to blindly follow every lead when they could have narrowed their suspicions I'm running out of put downs for this series Let me try one Total arrant nonsense
