My first review of 2017 I picked a really short book for my first book in 2017 just to get myself in the reading spirit This book follows four identical sisters as they are about to move from their childhood home back to the town where they were born They had originally moved because it was expensive to raise four children and their parents needed money The girl's mother got a great job in there original home town and they are now moving backThe book is broken into short chapters about each sister Each chapter starts with a uote either written by one of the sisters about another sister or the sister wrote a note about themselves I enjoyed these little uotes I felt like these really captured the personality of the sisters I liked that we also got to see how the sisters thought about each other because sometimes with sisters you don't always see their true feelings for one another The sisters are preparing to move to the place where they were born in this book and we get to see how they say good bye We got a uick look at each sister and how they felt about moving We also get a very solid insight into their personalities I can't wait to read the first book in the series and see what conflicts the sisters will be getting into The sisters seem to have a pretty tight bond but moving to a new place might lead to some drama so I can't wait to see what happensMy one issue with the book was in the beginning it felt a little confusing I wish there was a preface that gave us a uick background on each sister before we jumped right in I received a copy of this book from NetGalley for the purpose of providing an honest review This does not affect my opinion of the book or the content of my review

Kind and there was never a time when we didn't have each other to lean onBut when our parents announced that we'd been moving away from the city and back to the town. Yes I know they're not twins but I don't think I'll have ANY other books on it if I make a uads shelf ;This was just a short preuel to a forthcoming series which I 100% want to read I really enjoyed this loved the writing style and found all four of the girls eually interesting they are all very uniue but I kept getting their names confused since they all start with R and the novella was a bit too short to truly get to know each one Also they were meant to be 14 but felt closer to 17 or 18 I thought

Where we WereOur entire lives had been shaped around our identity as identical uadruplets Four sisters all with the same face but totally different personalities We were four of a. Where We Were introduced four uadruplet sisters to us I thought it was interesting to see the perspective that these sisters had but at times I would forget which sister's prespective I was reading fromEach sister was written to have different identities and personalities but at times for me it was hard to distinguish which sister was which This could have been due to the story being only 59 pages long think there was telling what each sister was like rather than showing through the storyI also thought there wasn't a huge plot to the story and because the perspective was always changing that nothing seemed to be really happening in the story but again 59 pages It would have been hard to have a really well developed plot that rotated between four perspectives within a very short storyI received this book free in exchange for an honest review thanks to Netgalley
